Chaos2Clutch Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chaos2Clutch! We want your one-of-a-kind piece to arrive safely and quickly.

Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces (including Haute Southern Hyde bags) may require up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping (Canada & Worldwide) We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country upon delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at chaostoclutch@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
